Company: TypeFore, Inc. (“TypeFore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TypeFore platform, website, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Services
TypeFore provides an operational integrity platform that analyzes and aligns:
- Public-facing policies and website content
- Internal procedures and rulebooks
- Customer communications
- Dispute-related documentation
The Services generate analytical outputs, alerts, and recommendations (“Outputs”) based on data provided by you or integrated from third-party systems.
TypeFore does not provide legal advice.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have authority to enter into a binding agreement
- Use the Services only for lawful business purposes
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- All activity under your account
- Ensuring data provided is accurate and lawful
We may suspend accounts for security or misuse.
5. Customer Data
5.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all data submitted to the Services (“Customer Data”).
5.2 Processing Role
TypeFore acts as a data processor when processing personal data on your behalf. You are the data controller.
5.3 License
You grant TypeFore a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services.
6. Data Protection & Retention
We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
We retain Customer Data only as long as necessary to:
- Provide the Services
- Comply with legal obligations
- Defend legal claims
Upon termination or verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize Customer Data unless retention is legally required.
7. Outputs & No Guarantee
The Services provide analytical insights and structured recommendations. You acknowledge:
- Outputs are informational
- No specific outcome (e.g., dispute resolution success) is guaranteed
- You remain responsible for operational decisions
8. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Upload unlawful content
- Violate privacy rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
- Use the Services to harass, discriminate, or deceive
- Interfere with platform security
We may suspend access for violations.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, models, and documentation, remain the property of TypeFore.
No rights are granted except those explicitly stated.
10. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect confidential information using reasonable safeguards and not disclose it except as necessary to provide or use the Services.
11. Third-Party Integrations
The Services may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, communication platforms). We are not responsible for third-party systems, availability, or policies.
12. Fees & Payment
If applicable:
- Fees are billed according to your selected plan
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
- Failure to pay may result in suspension
13. Term & Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated.
You may terminate at any time by discontinuing use.
We may suspend or terminate access for:
- Breach of Terms
- Legal requirements
- Security risk
Upon termination, access to the Services ceases.
14. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TypeFore disclaims all warranties, including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- TypeFore’s total liability arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- TypeFore shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Lost profits
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TypeFore from claims arising out of:
- Your misuse of the Services
- Your violation of law
- Your Customer Data
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Texas, unless arbitration is specified.
18. Modifications
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
